- Rub the shampoo in the palms of your hands and lather well with water.
- Then distribute evenly throughout the hair.
- Massage in gently.
- Rinse thoroughly and repeat if necessary.

- After washing your hair, massage a hazelnut to walnut-sized amount into the towel-dried lengths and ends, depending on the length of your hair.
- Leave on for 5-10 minutes.
